SHIPPING & RETURNS

PROCESSING

Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 72 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).  All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled.  After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number.  Please note, your tracking number will update once USPS has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system.



PURCHASING

Keep in mind we cannot guaranteed we have the items in your shopping cart in stock.  For this reason, if an item sells out, you will be contacted via email about your missing item.  At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and their cost.  Creole Culture offers the following shipping methods:


USPS Priority Mail 

  • Delivery in 1, 2, or 3 business days

USPS Priority Mail Express 

  • Overnight delivery to most U.S. locations


SHIPPING

Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping.  We ship all orders through USPS.  To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information.  Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries.  Creole Culture is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address or misplaced packages.  Once a package has left our Headquarters and in the hands of the post office we have no control over the package.


RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase it can be returned back to us for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY. To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item(s) must be returned to us unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging (if applicable) that you received it in.  Our return policy lasts 7 days after order is received (excluding weekends or national holidays).  Returns are not processed until we receive the return item at our Headquarters.  For returns email our customer service department and we will be glad to assist.  Once a return label has been issued, the item must be brought to USPS within 14 days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) of being issued the return label.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
